A strong field of 8 thoroughbreds has been assembled for the 2010 Haskell Invitational (GI) at Monmouth Park on Sunday. Preakness Stakes winner Lookin at Lucky has been installed as the 5/2 morning line favorite and will break from the rail. Kentucky Derby winner Super Saver will break from post position 6. The highly talented Trappe Shot will break on the far outside in the field of 8. Lookin at Lucky, Super Saver, Ice Box, First Dude & Trappe Shot will all be threats for top honors to win the Haskell. Uptowncharlybrown, Afleet Again & Our Dark Knight will gun for the upset. This is a solid group, and one of the better fields in recent years to face off in the Haskell. The stage is set in what could be an absolutely thrilling finish to this year’s Haskell Invitational (GI).
